Nurturing Future Leaders at Harrow Nanning
For 450 years, Harrow has cultivated countless leaders who have shaped the world. At Harrow Nanning, we aim to instill exceptional personal qualities in our students, empowering them to lead the future. Leadership is a cornerstone of Harrow’s education, signifying self-improvement and positively influencing others.
Leadership development is a continuous process forged through experience. Through platforms like the Student Council and Student Ambassadors, Harrow Nanning provides opportunities for students to enhance their leadership skills. By organizing and participating in activities, students learn to apply Harrow’s leadership values in practice, inspiring others and realizing their own potential.
Student Ambassadors—— the "Spokespersons"
Student ambassadors are the “spokespersons” of Harrow Nanning, representing its spirit and engaging in activities like school tours, bilingual hosting, cultural exchanges, and interpretation. During their one-year term, they undergo 10 weeks of training in communication, etiquette, and intercultural skills, led by teachers and SLT.
Student Ambassadors—— the "Spokespersons"
The Student Council serves as a bridge between the school and students, dedicated to supporting student needs while contributing to school development. Members serve a one-year term, during which they receive mentorship from teachers through regular meetings. Leadership transitions occur at the end of each term.
